This Privacy Policy explains how Vectra collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the platform.
Vectra collects only the minimum information necessary to operate the platform: Account Data via Google OAuth (name, email address, and profile avatar), Catalog & Icon Pack metadata (pack names, application package identifiers, and request counts), and technical session tokens managed by Supabase Auth.
Collected information is used solely to authenticate your account, synchronize and prioritize icon requests for your icon packs, provide Blueprint integration and export endpoints, verify active plan quotas, and respond to support inquiries. Vectra does not sell, rent, or trade personal information with data brokers or advertising networks.
Vectra uses Google OAuth for secure sign-in without storing local passwords. We do not request or access sensitive Google account permissions beyond basic profile identity.
During the 7-day free trial, no credit cards or billing credentials are requested. Paid subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy acting as Merchant of Record; Vectra never stores credit card numbers or banking credentials.
Data is hosted on Supabase cloud infrastructure with TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, and strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies. Vectra uses only strictly necessary authentication cookies and no third-party advertising trackers.
Vectra's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use Requirements: Google user data is never used to train AI/ML models, never shared with advertising platforms, and restricted from unauthorized human access.
You may request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of your account and associated records at any time by contacting support@vectra.app.
